Pre Press Operator
- Review, prep, and troubleshoot customer-supplied files for print readiness
- Preflight artwork and correct issues related to fonts, color profiles, bleeds, images, and layout
- Create, impose, and output plates, digital print files, and large-format layouts
- Work closely with CSR, production, and press teams to ensure accurate job specs and smooth workflow
- Maintain organized file management and follow production schedules
- Assist with color management, proofing, and quality control
- Run Digital Presses (Xerox V4100's)
Delivery Driver
- Safely pick up and deliver printed materials to customers throughout Central Florida
- Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transport
- Follow scheduled routes and maintain timely delivery windows
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during each delivery
- Assist with packaging, occasional bindery tasks, or general shop duties when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company delivery vehicle
- Keep accurate delivery logs and documentation
Bindery Worker
- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, booklet makers, drills, scoring/perf machines, and laminators
- Assemble, bind, trim, and finish printed materials to job specifications
- Review job tickets and ensure accuracy throughout the finishing process
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments to maintain high production standards
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and keep equipment clean and properly set up
- Assist with packaging, shrink-wrap, padding, and other finishing tasks
- Collaborate with production staff to meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently
